Where I come from

On our Literature class we analysed a poem called "Where I Come From" by Elizabeth Brewster. After analysing this poem, we made our own poem of the place where we come from, Adrogue.
Written by Ana Belén Ruta and Marina Lecour.

Where I come from
Home sweet home
Everything is special when I´m around
Reaching the warmth of the yellow star
Especially in summer
In Adrogué
Cars passing by
Oozing the cold wind
Meanwhile, you can find taller trees
Energetic gardens
From where the flowerscome from
Rolling in the fresh air, birds sing along
On the cotton pillows
My lovely home, I´ll never let it go from my heart.
